It all begins with a dream

Our story began a few years ago when my husband and I stumbled upon the small coastal town of Westport, Washington, and instantly fell in love with its charm, people, and natural beauty. What started as a weekend visit quickly turned into a dream—and soon, an opportunity to become part of the community we’d grown to love.

We took a leap of faith and purchased the Silver Sands Motel, marking the beginning of our journey in hospitality. Not long after, we expanded with the South Bay Inn, a beautiful 1966 property once known as Kampar’s Inn, perfectly positioned along the calm waters of South Bay. Today, it features 21 modern, comfortable rooms—each designed to give guests the perfect coastal getaway. From evenings by the fire pit to games on the lawn and breathtaking bay views, we’ve worked hard to bring new life to this special place.

As a family-owned and operated business, we’re raising our boys around the values of hard work, community, and perseverance—teaching them what it takes to bring dreams to life. Our passion is restoring old, forgotten motels and transforming them into welcoming spaces filled with new stories. Across the country, there are countless properties that have been left behind, and our mission is to give some of them a second chance.

Our latest ventures continue to grow that dream: South Bay Espresso, our year-round drive-thru coffee trailer serving locals and visitors alike, and our newest project—Shipwreck Alley Fun Center, a full-scale indoor entertainment space that’s bringing family fun back to Westport.

We take great pride in every project we take on, learning something new each day from our guests and community. Our top priority will always be guest satisfaction, and we’re honored to welcome visitors who share in our love for this special corner of the Washington coast.
